Óscar Francisco Razo Ventura (born 9 April 1984 in Irapuato) is a Mexican professional football defender who currently plays for Jaguares de Chiapas in the Primera División de México.[1] He previously played for CD Veracruz, and made 16 appearances for them in 2006-07.
